By centralizing financial management and other administrative functions, and by sharing expertise in core programs central to the business of community developers (real estate, asset management, and resident services), OppCo members are better able to meet the need within their communities, to achieve deeper impacts in their core lines of business, and to ensure that change is equitable.

The Business Analyst is a newly created career track position in our quickly growing Finance team. You will be providing a variety of analysis and financial management support to OppCo’s CFO and senior leadership team, as well as the senior staffs of our member organizations and their Board of Directors. You will gather and input data, analyze information, prepare and send reports, develop reporting tools, review data accuracy, and collaborate with business teams. The position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication internally and externally, ability to meet deadlines, ability to build rapport with business teams, a strong penchant for accuracy, and financial analysis to succeed in meeting the diverse needs of the community-based nonprofit developers in the OppCo Network.  There is significant growth potential for the right individual.
